ANACOM has published the presentation made by José Ferrari Careto, a member of its Management Board, on ''The liberalisation of the postal sector''. The presentation was made as part of his participation in the panel on the vision of the regulatory authorities at the conference organised by APDC - Associação Portuguesa para o Desenvolvimento das Comunicações (Portuguese Association for the Development of Communications), held at Lisbon's Tivoli Hotel.
