On 3 December at 14.30, at Novotel Hotel in Lisbon, a Workshop took place on the "Application of the R&TTE Regime in Portugal", organized by ANACOM. Relevant information on the event can be found here.
ANACOM is responsible for monitoring compliance with the provisions of Decree-Law No. 192/2000 of 18 August, which transposes the rules set forth in Directive 1999/5/EC of 9 March of the European Parliament and the Council on radio equipment and telecommunications terminal equipment and the mutual recognition of their conformity (R&TTE regimehttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=36141).
At a time when enforcement campaigns are being intensified, including through cooperation initiatives with ANACOM's counterpart Authorities in Europe, this event is being held with the intention of developing a venue for debate, contributing to the clarification of key aspects of the R&TTE regime for manufacturers and/or distributors of electronic communications equipment.

Participation in Workshop is open to all interested parties, but prior registration by 30 November is required. To register, participants should complete the Registration form available on this website. Registrations might be closed before the referred date, if the room capacity is reached.
