The European Regulators Group (ERG) has approved a further data specification model with respect to roaming on the public mobile telephone networks of the European Union (EU). In contrast to previous models, which covered a period of only six months, the new model covers a nine month period (the period from 1 April 2009 to 31 December 2009).
This is the fifth data specification model approved by the ERG for the compilation by the different national regulatory authorities (NRA) of information from the mobile operators operating in their countries.
Accordingly, in compliance with paragraph 4 of article 7 of Regulation EC No. 544/2009 of 18 June, published on 29 July and amending Regulation EC No. 717/2007, this questionnaire must be completed and sent to ANACOM, no later than 29th January 2010, by email to dee.stats@anacom.ptmailto:dee.stats@anacom.pt.
