By determination of 27 October 2011, ANACOM has given approval to the draft regulation to amend the Regulamento da Portabilidade (Portability Regulation – Regulation no. 58/2005 of 18 August, as amended by Regulation no. 87/2009 of 18 February and by Regulation no. 302/2009 of 16 July), also giving approval to the respective statement of reasons.
This draft regulation has been submitted to the regulatory procedure set out under ANACOM’s Statutes and also to the general consultation procedure provided for in Lei das Comunicações Electrónicas (Electronic Communications Law - Law no. 5/2004 of 10 February, as amended by Law no. 51/2011 of 13 September), whereby a period of 30 working days is provided during which interested parties may respond. As such comments are to be received no later than 14 December 2011 and should be sent by email to consulta.regulamentoportabilidade@anacom.ptmailto:consulta.regulamentoportabilidade@anacom.pt.
Once the consultation procedure has been concluded, responses received will be published on this website. Therefore, respondents should also send a non-confidential version of their response for publication on this website, with any items considered confidential removed.
