The joint project team (PT) of the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) and the Radio Spectrum Policy Group (RSPG) held a meeting last 1 December in Brussels, chaired by Thomas Heutmann of BNetzA. The participants continued work on the report on "Determining the economic and social value of spectrum", especially its chapter on the concepts of spectrum's economic and social value. The report was given a new deadline taking into account the dates of the next RSPG and BEREC plenary meetings and must therefore be finished by the end of January 2012.
