By determination of 20 June 2013, ANACOM has approved the final decision on the results of the audit of the CLSU - custos líquidos do serviço universal (net costs of universal service provision) incurred by PT Comunicações (PTC) for the financial periods of 2007-2009.
ANACOM further ordered PTC to submit, no later than the end of August of this year, reformulated CLSU estimates for the period 2010-2011, in accordance with the determinations now defined, with a view to their submission to an audit procedure.
Approval was likewise given to the report on the prior hearing and consultation procedures to which the respective draft decision, approved on 11 April 2013, was submitted.
