Draft decision on the results of the audit of the CLSU (2010-2011) - consultation deadline extension

By determination of 10 April 2014, ANACOM has decided to allow an extension of five working days to the prior hearing of interested parties, being held pursuant to article 100 and 101 of the CPA - Código de Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code), and to the general consultation procedure, being held under article 8 of Lei das Comunicações Eletrónicas (Electronic Communications Law - Law no. 5/2004 of 10 February as amended and republished by Law no. 51/2011 of 13 September), on its draft decision on the results of the audit of the CLSU - custos líquidos do serviço universal (net costs of universal service provision) reported by PT Comunicações (PTC) with respect to the 2010 and 2011 financial periods.
