By determination of 1 August 2014, ANACOM has decided to discontinue, without need to adjudicate, the procedure to which the draft decision on the criteria governing the formulation of universal postal service pricing (approved by determination of 29 July 2013) was submitted.
The report on the prior hearing and public consultation to which the respective draft decision was submitted, following this determination, has likewise been approved.
It was decided to make this report available on ANACOM's website, together with the opinion of ANACOM's Advisory Council and the contributions received during the procedure in question, from APImprensa - Associação Portuguesa de Imprensa (Portuguese Press Association), CTT - Correios de Portugal (CTT), Urbencomenda Transportes, GigantExpress and Pedro Carneiro. Further comments were received, subsequent to the stipulated deadline, from Associação Portuguesa de Marketing Directo, Regional e Interactivo.
