By decision of 22 September 2016, ANACOM has approved the revision of the settlement of fees due in respect of the activity of suppliers of electronic communication services and networks, regarding 2013, subsequent to receiving information on the values of relevant revenues reported by Atena T for 2012.
Thus, the correction of the value of relevant revenues had an impact on the t2 percentage value, which was adjusted from 0.5491% to 0.5488%.
The new t2 contributive percentage determines the need to carry out an adjustment of 2013 fees, giving rise to a refund of overcharged amounts to suppliers of networks and electronic communications services, a procedure which ANACOM will immediately apply.
