It is the responsibility of ANACOM, in accordance with paragraph 6 of article 85 and paragraph 1 of article 76 of Law No 5/2004 of 10 February, as subsequently amended, for the financial year 2020 of MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia, S. A., to declare that the company’s cost accounting system complies with paragraph 5 of article 85 and article 71 of Law No 5/2004, as subsequently amended.
Therefore, in compliance with these provisions, it is hereby made public that the Declaration of Compliance of the Cost Accounting System of MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia, S.A. - Financial Year 2020, issued by ANACOM, is available to any interested party at the Public Services Office of this Authority, located at Rua Ramalho Ortigão, n.º 51, 1099-099 Lisboa, from 9 am to 1pm and from 2 pm to 4 pm, from Monday to Friday, as well as on this Authority’s website at www.anacom.pt.
