Fees due for carrying out the activity of postal service provider in 2022 - Revision of the value of the t2 contribution rate

By decision of 7 February 2024, ANACOM approved the revision of the value of the t2 contribution rate for the year 2022, having received information on the value of the relevant income of the company Vasta Seleção, Comércio & Serviços, for the year 2021.

The correction of the value of the relevant income, in accordance with paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 of article 44 of the Postal Lawhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1127982, determines the need for an adjustment to fees for 2022, which will result in the reimbursement of the overcharged amounts to tier 2 companies. The correction of the value of the relevant income had an impact on the value of T2, which decreased from 0.2591% to 0.2589%.
