Provision by TMN of a new electronic communications service
25.01.2007 | Draft decisionBy determination of 25 January 2007, approval has been granted to a draft decision on the offer by TMN - Telecomunicações Móveis Nacionais of a new electronic communications service, including issues related to the use of frequencies and numbering, as well as users' right to the provision of information.
This determination was submitted to the prior hearing of TMN, pursuant to articles 100 and following of the Code of Administrative Procedure, the company having been granted 10 days to assess the issue. The determination has also been submitted to the general consultation procedure, the same time limit having been set to provide comments.
