Margin squeeze assessment of broadband offers provided by the PT Group

By determination of 6 June 2007, approval has been granted to a draft decision on the method for the assessment of margin squeezes in broadband offers provided by the PT Group - 1:50 contention offers.
Pursuant to articles 100 and 101 of the Code of Administrative Procedure, this determination has been notified to interested parties, who may assess the issue in writing within twenty working days.
