Transmission of frequencies and numbers usage rights from OPTIMUS to NOVIS TELECOM

Determination of 24 October 2007 gave approval to the final decision on the request for authorisation in respect of the transmission to NOVIS of frequency and number usage rights granted to OPTIMUS. The report on the prior hearing, which was held further to the determination of 19 September 2007, forms an integral part of this determination.
