Following on the practice of previous years, we propose that the net result of the financial year ending on 31 December 2004, an amount of 21,210,783 euros, be transferred to:
- 'Free Reserves', the amount of 3,181,617 euros (15% of the value), with the aim of being used to constitute statutory capital, as per Administrative Rule no. 1534-A/2002 of 23 December;
- 'Delivery to the State', the amount of 18,029,166 euros (85% of the value).
