In light of the above, ICP-ANACOM retains the provisions in the Draft Decision approved by the Management Board of ICP-ANACOM on 17 March 2011 and submitted to the general consultation proceeeding, without prejudice to some specific amendments and updating of information, namely that which resulted from the recent approval of the NTFA 2010 / 2011.
However, account being taken of the most recent technological developments in the 1800 MHz band and the expressions of interest received during the course of the general consultation procedure in the sense of providing the entire existing spectrum in that band, ICP-ANACOM has decided to redraft sub-paragraph d) of no. 1 of the part of the draft decision as follows:
d. Up to 9 rights of use of 2×5 MHz in the 1800 Mhz frequency band and up to 3 rights of use of 2x4 MHz in the same band;»
