In 2012, the decline in the use of indirect access by customers of the telephone service at a fixed location was confirmed. The number of customers using this mode of access fell by 20.4% from 2011 to 2012 (see graph below), to below hundred thousand, reflecting the priority given by alternative operators to offers supported over their networks, often bundled with other services.
