As explained above, NOS, MEO and VODAFONE are required, in the provision of data services in the 2100 MHz band, to ensure a minimum coverage not lower than that confirmed, respectively, on 4 June 2018, 21 April 2018, and 5 May 2018, while the coverage level ensured will be assessed based on the information sent by the companies within the ad hoc questionnaire, to be approved by this Authority.
For this, ANACOM developed an ad hoc questionnaire for NOS, MEO and VODAFONE to report information on the coverage level ensured in the 2100 MHz band at the date of the renewal of their RUF, under the terms stated in Annex 1 to this determination, of which it is an integral part.
