By determination of 30 December 2009, ANACOM has given approval to the final decisions made on the audit of the statistical components provided by suppliers of the mobile telephone service (MTS), TMN, Sonaecom and Vodafone Portugal.
This audit, which referred to the period of 2005, 2006, 2007 and the first half of 2008, was conducted to verify compliance of the criteria used by the MTS operators to calculate the number of subscribers with the determinations and recommendations issued by ANACOM subsequent to prior audits conducted on the years 2002-2004.
