The questionnaire from the consultancy firm Copenhagen Economics is now available online aiming to gather opinions on the needs of companies' users of universal postal services. This questionnaire is part of a study that the firm is conducting, upon the European Commission's demand, on the developments of the European postal sector covering the period of 2008-2010.
