By determination of 19 August, 2010, ANACOM – Autoridade Nacional de Comunicações (National Communications Authority) approved the execution of two advanced courses for technicians in the communications sector ARCTEL-CPLP Associação de Reguladores de Comunicações e Telecomunicações da Comunidade dos Países de Língua Portuguesa (Association of Regulators of Information and Telecommunications of the Community of Portuguese Language Countries),under the cooperation protocol celebrated between INA - Instituto Nacional de Administração (National Institute for Public Administration) and ANACOM in December 2009. The first course will be held from 6 - 17 September, and the second from 2 - 17 December, both in the premises of the INA, Oeiras.
Each course has a maximum of 25 participants, and consists of several modules with seven hours of daily training distributed as follows: ANACOM provides the thematic areas of Spectrum Management, Rules and Regulation, Information and Statistics, Consumer Protection and Prospective, INA will be responsible for Public Administration and Management, Budget and Material Resources Management, Innovation and Evaluation, Leadership and People Management, and Negotiation.
