Regarding tangible fixed assets and those in progress, it is important to note that as at 31 December 2009 the amount of 6,728,263 euros was in the hands of third parties, including 6,249,144 euros corresponding to the philatelic collections from the former Overseas Portugal (ex-ultramar) being held by Fundação Portuguesa das Comunicações (Portuguese Communications Foundation).
