Brussels hosted last 19 October a meeting of the BEREC project team (PT) on Next Generation Networks (NGN), which debated and approved the report on the subject of open access in the scope of the European Commission’s “Community Guidelines for the Application of Rules in Matters of State Aid for the Rapid Implementation of Broadband Networks”.
