London hosted last 11 November a meeting of the BEREC Contact Network. Among other matters, the following were approved for submission to the plenary session: the draft report on regulatory aspects of open access, the draft BEREC report on impact of bundled offers in retail and wholesale market definition, the draft BEREC report on convergent services and the proposed report on cross-border issues in the scope of article 28 USD. Also debated were rules of procedure of the article 7 working groups, the international roaming report and the 2011 working programme.
