Highlights of the December 2010 issue of the Spectru monthly bulletin include reports on implementation and management of the Centralised Information System (SIC), fees due to ANACOM in 2010, creation of the 703 dialling code in the National Numbering Plan and the release of results from DECO's testing of signal decoders (set-top boxes) for digital terrestrial television (DTT).
