The Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) has launched a public consultation, open until 13 January 2011, on the draft report concerning cross-border issues, in accordance with article 28 of the Universal Service Directive (USD) - Directive 2002/22/EC (the 2002 USD), reviewed by Directive 2009/136/EC (the 2009 USD) -, to be transposed into national legislation by 25 May 2011.
