The BEREC experts working group on Next Generation Networks (EWG-NGN) met last 22 March in Brussels. In the scope of the launch of the project "An assessment of IP-interconnection in the context of net neutrality", debate began on the characterisation of IP interconnection (in a network neutrality context) in the various member States.
