ANACOM's consumers website gets 2 thousand visits


ANACOM's consumers website was launched on 15 March, World Consumer Rights Day, and had 1897 users and 2321 visitors in April.  Most of these visitors were looking for information on how to complain about telephone, Internet and TV services.

One of ANACOM’s roles is to protect consumer rights, and it set up this website to provide important information on electronic communications and postal services and on the information society sector.

ANACOM will report visitor statistics for its consumers website on a fortnightly basis.
