The Ad Hoc 116 group of the European Commission's Communications Committee (COCOM) met last 5 April in Brussels to debate revision of the eligibility criteria to apply to new numbers. Information was also shared among member states regarding the status of transposition of article 27 of the Universal Service Directive.
