The IRG/BEREC experts working group on Net Neutrality held a meeting last 27 April at the IRG Secretariat offices in Brussels.
The meeting had the following goals:
- Discussion of the preliminary version of the report on Net Neutrality and the transparency of tariff and/or contract information regarding eventual broadband (internet) access limits;
- Discussion of the preliminary version of the report on Net Neutrality and the quality of service associated to internet access, specifically with respect to techniques for traffic management and/or protocol, gateway or application blocking.
The next meetings will be held in June, with discussion to focus on new versions of the two reports being prepared.
