The working group on access to the postal and courier services market of the Postal Directive Committee met last 22 June in Brussels. The participants reviewed the current situation of the postal reform processes under way in various countries (e.g. India, Japan, China) and discussed specific questions regarding access to the market by the European Union, such as customs rules in China and licensing in Ethiopia and Kenya.
