The Euro-Mediterranean Regulators Group (EMERG) held a workshop last 11-13 July in Barcelona, attended by various representatives of electronic communications sector regulators from the Mediterranean Basin region.
The workshop’s main agenda point was to discuss ways to regulate the retail prices of non-dominant operators and to share experience in this area in order to help consolidate and harmonise regulatory principles.
