By determination of 10 October 2011, ANACOM approved a final decision amending the determination on the object and form of disclosure of conditions of provision and use of electronic communication services, of 21 April 2006. Companies providing public communications networks and publicly available electronic communications services must implement the approved changes within at the most 120 working days following notification of the determination.
Approval was given likewise to the report on the prior hearing and general consultation to which the corresponding draft decision, further to determination of 13 January 2011, was submitted.
