Under the terms of article 34, paragraph 5, point a) of Law no. 5/2004 of 10 February, as amended by of Law no. 51/2011 of 13 September (Electronic Communications Law), ANACOM has announced that it has received a request from ERC - Entidade Reguladora para a Comunicação Social (Media Regulatory Authority) for a decision on the intention expressed by Maisactual – Comunicação e Meios, Lda. to transfer the right of use of frequencies which it was allocated for the exercise of the radio broadcasting activity to Rádio Comercial, S. A.
