By determination of 25 November 2011, ANACOM has approved the values to be considered in the formula used to calculate the fees due for exercise of the activity of provider of electronic communications networks and services, under the terms of Law no. 5/2004 of 10 February and Administrative Rule no. 1473-B/2008 of 17 December.
Accordingly, the value of the t2 contribution rate to be applied to providers of electronic communications networks and services, with reference to 2011, was set at 0.5714 percent.
On the same date, approval was also given to the determined values of the relevant revenues of certain providers of electronic communications networks and services, subsequent to auditing.
