The IRG General Assembly met last 24 May in the Croatian city of Dubrovnik. Highlights included the proposed European Commission recommendation on the notification procedure per article 22.3 of the Universal Service Directive. Latest developments regarding the powers, independence and budget of national regulatory authorities (NRAs) were also discussed.
