Determinations and recommendations issued in respect of audit of results of PTC Analytical Accounting System (2006)

By determination of 28 June 2012, ANACOM reviewed determinations issued in respect of the accounting of financial costs and the allocation of costs associated with the transfer from the former Marconi, issuing a decision on the treatment of these items in the results of the SCA - sistema de contabilidade analítica (analytical accounting system) employed by PT Comunicações (PTC), from 2011 onwards.

ANACOM saw fit to waive the prior hearing of interested parties, under the terms of point b) of paragraph 2 of article 103 of the Código do Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code), given that the decision fulfils the interests as expressed by PTC.
