Article 10(3) of the Portability Regulation (Regulamento da Portabilidade) specifies that the recipient provider (RP) is required to send the donor/holder provider (DP), each month, by any means which allow the proper identification of the subscriber and their signature, all termination documents related to portability processes carried out within the preceding 30 days, unless there is an agreement between the companies establishing a different procedure.
Relative to this, ANACOM provides the information1 that allows all companies involved in portability processes to know which documents are required by the various donor/holder providers (DP) for contract termination of the portability processes executed.
