By determination of 16 November, ANACOM has approved the values to be considered in the formula used to calculate the fees due in respect of the activity of supplier of electronic communications networks and services - as set forth in the Lei das Comunicações Eletrónicas (Electronic Communications Law) and in Administrative Rule no. 1473-B/2008 of 17 December.
Accordingly, the t2 contribution rate to be applied to providers of electronic communications networks and services with respect to 2012, is set at 0.5538 percent.
Approved was likewise given, on this same date, to issuance of invoicing of the annual fee payable for the exercise of activity of provider of publicly available electronic communication networks and services in respect of 2012.
