The third meeting of the 2013 IRG General Assembly was held on 26-27 September in Riga, Latvia, and discussed issues associated to the IRG's future, the proposal by the European Commission (EC) for a Telecom Single Market and IRG internal management aspects (budget, website and IRGnet/Intranet).
