Spectru no. 149.

The April 2014 issue of the Spectru monthly bulletin reports on the modified definition of 'services package' used in the quarterly questionnaire on electronic communication services at a fixed site and nomad voice over internet protocol (VoIP) approved by ANACOM, as well as the final decision on coverage obligations in the 800 MHz frequency band. Other highlights include the public consultations about guidelines on minimum content to include in contracts for provision of electronic communication services and shared use rules for 16xy numbers from the National Numbering Plan (NNP) used for customer support services.

This issue reports on the dissemination of an information brochure about the eNTFA Frequency Portal, an electronic platform that provides information about the National Table for Frequency Allocations (NTFA), made available last 8 January, on statistics regarding complaints received by ANACOM in 2013, and on information about requests for radio licences with respect to the UEFA Champions League final, which must be submitted by 7 May 2014.
