Public consultation on the future of digital terrestrial television

By determination of 4 April 2014, ANACOM has approved a public consultation document on the future of digital terrestrial television (DTT) prepared in conjunction with ERC - Entidade Reguladora para a Comunicação Social (Media Regulatory Authority).

It was decided to submit this document to the general consultation procedure covered by article 6, paragraph 1, points c), m) and o) of ANACOM's Statutes, as published in annex to Decree-Law no. 309/2001 of 7 December, and by article 7, points a) and b), and article 8, point h) of the Statutes of ERC. A period of twenty working days has been provided for stakeholders to comment.
