Confidentiality of documents sent by PT Communications in execution of the decision on the evolution of the DTT network

By determination of 13 November 2014, ANACOM has ruled that the content of documents submitted by PT Comunicações (PTC) on 1 July and 11 November 2013, in execution of ANACOM's decision of 16 May 2013 on the evolution of the digital terrestrial television (DTT) network, is non-confidential in nature.

This draft decision was submitted to a prior hearing of PTC, in accordance with articles 100 et seq. of the Código do Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code) for a period of 10 working days following notification of the present determination.
