The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) on 22 July 2016 published its ''ICT Facts and Figures 2016'' report, which features the main statistical data for information and communication technologies (ICT).
The ICT highlights the fact that 3.9 billion people do not have access to the vast resources of the Internet, despite the substantial drop in prices linked to ICT.
