Calculation of fees due for the activity of supplier of networks and electronic communications services in (2015) - correction of the t2 contribution percentage

On 12 January 2017, ANACOM approved a draft decision concerning: (i) a review of relevant revenues reported by suppliers of electronic communication networks and services in respect of 2014; (ii) a review of the t2 percentage contribution in respect of 2015; (iii) the additional payment of the annual fee payable by suppliers of publicly available electronic communication services and networks in respect of 2015.

It was decided to submit this draft decision to the prior hearing of the undertakings concerned so that they might comment within 15 days, in accordance with article 60, paragraph 1, point a), and paragraphs 4, 5, 6 and 7 of the Lei Geral Tributária (General Tax Law).
