Report on the application of articles 3 and 4 of Regulation (EU) 2015/2120 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015, and respective communication to the European Commission and BEREC

By decision of 29 June 2017, ANACOM has approved the report on the application of articles 3 and 4 (on net neutrality) of Regulation (EU) 2015/2120 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015, during the period between 30 April 2016 and 30 April 2017.

This report was sent to the European Commission and the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC).
