Administrative Rule published on complaint books

Administrative Rule no. 201-A/2017, published in Diário da República (Official Journal), 1^st Series, no. 125/2017 has approved the model, edition, prices, supply and distribution of the Complaint Books (physical and electronic formats), and establishes the functionalities of the digital platform that supports electronic complaint books.
