Inventory of assets attached to the CTT concession - 2014 and 2015

By decision of 20 July 2017, and following the performance of auditing, ANACOM has approved a draft decision on the inventories of real estate assets and property assets attached to the CTT - Correios de Portugal (CTT) concession in respect of years 2014 and 2015; likewise, ANACOM approved a set of determinations and recommendations to be implemented by CTT in the preparation of future inventories.

It was also decided to submit this draft decision to the prior hearing of CTT, pursuant to and in accordance with articles 121 et seq. of the Código do Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code) and paragraph 4 of Base XIV of the Bases of the universal postal service concession. CTT was given a period of twenty working days to respond, in writing and in Portuguese.
