The BEREC working group on Next Generation Networks met in Brussels last 17 October to launch the new project for 2018 regarding bitstream-type offers (in level 2 of the open system interconnection (OSI) model) in market 4 (high quality access market). The meeting served to discuss the proposed questionnaire to gather information about those offers, to be submitted to national regulatory authorities.
