ANACOM approved, on 19 April 2018, the rectification of three material errors identified in the Regulation amending Regulation 58/2005 of 18 Augusthttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=975391 (Portability Regulation), as well as in the report of the corresponding public consultation, which had been approved by decision of 13 April 2018.
These are the written errors in question:
- Article 2(m) of the amending Regulation and corresponding reference on page 13 of the public consultation report.
- Article 6(1)(a) of the amending Regulation.
- Article 12(5) of the amending Regulation and corresponding reference on page 27 of the public consultation report.
